1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Guide IQ at app.guideiq.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nik Vassev, operating as Guide IQ.
2. Description of Service
Guide IQ is an AI marketing fine-tuning system that provides brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and expert marketing skills for business owners. The service includes Brand DNA generation, marketing strategy, 26 expert marketing skills, and AI fine-tuning support, delivered through a one-time payment lifetime access platform. Guide IQ does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, revenue results, or business growth of any kind.
3. Pricing and Access
Guide IQ is offered at a one-time payment of USD $499, which grants lifetime access to the platform including all current and future features. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.
Founding Member Pricing
The first 100 members who purchase Guide IQ lock in the $499 founding rate for life, including unlimited usage and access to all future features. Founding Member Pricing is non-transferable and is permanently forfeited upon account termination for violations of these terms.
AI Strategy Intensive
The AI Strategy Intensive is a separate one-time service offered at USD $499. This includes one 60-minute virtual session with Nik Vassev focused on AI marketing strategy, agent configuration, and go-to-market planning personalized to your business.
Upon purchase you will receive a booking link to schedule your session. Sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Failure to schedule within this window forfeits the session without refund. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the session without refund.
The AI Strategy Intensive is non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you wish to cancel before your session and have not yet scheduled, a full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting nik@guideiq.ai. The session includes verbal strategy guidance and recommendations. Any written materials or follow-up notes are provided at the sole discretion of Guide IQ and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes.
4. Refund Policy
Guide IQ offers a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase under the following conditions.
You are eligible for a refund if you have not completed your Brand DNA setup, downloaded your marketing system files, or uploaded your system to any AI platform. If you have completed setup, downloaded your files, or used the exported system with any AI tool, you have received the core value of the product and are no longer eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to nik@guideiq.ai within 14 calendar days of purchase with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take 5 to 10 business days to process. This policy applies to first-time purchases only and may not be used more than once.
Abuse Prevention
Guide IQ monitors account activity and system usage. Any account found to have downloaded system files, integrated exported content with AI platforms, or otherwise used the core deliverables of the service and subsequently requested a refund will be considered to have received full value and will be denied a refund. Accounts found to be sharing, reselling, or distributing Guide IQ system files or exported content will be terminated immediately without refund.
Guide IQ reserves the right to deny refund requests where evidence of system use, file download, or AI integration is present, regardless of the stated reason for the request.
5. Account Termination
As Guide IQ is a lifetime access product with a one-time payment, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Account termination may occur at your request or as a result of a violation of these terms. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds beyond the conditions outlined in Section 4.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Guide IQ solely for lawful business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer platform access to any third party. You may not use the service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of applicable law. Guide IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at its sole discretion, without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, frameworks, systems, and underlying technology remain the sole intellectual property of Nik Vassev and Guide IQ. Content generated using your Brand DNA and business inputs belongs to you. You grant Guide IQ a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted data solely for the purpose of delivering the service. You represent and warrant that any information submitted to the platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Guide IQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the platform is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guide IQ and Nik Vassev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nik Vassev and Guide IQ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by law.
