1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Guide IQ at app.guideiq.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nik Vassev, operating as Guide IQ.
2. Description of Service
Guide IQ is an AI marketing system that provides CMO-level strategy and execution support for founder-led businesses. The service includes Brand DNA generation, marketing strategy, content generation, and sales support, delivered through a subscription-based platform. Guide IQ does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, revenue results, or business growth of any kind.
3. Subscription and Pricing
Guide IQ is offered at USD $79 per month, billed annually at USD $948 per year. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Your subscription renews automatically on your annual renewal date unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.
Founding Member Pricing
The first 100 users who subscribe lock in this rate for life, including unlimited usage and access to all future features, provided the subscription remains active and in continuous good standing. Founding Member Pricing is non-transferable and is permanently forfeited upon cancellation, downgrade, or account termination.
4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Guide IQ for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be considered under any circumstance. To request a refund, contact nik@guideiq.ai with your account email and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take 5 to 10 business days to process. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and may not be used more than once.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting nik@guideiq.ai. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 14-day guarantee window. Guide IQ is not responsible for failure to cancel due to user error or failure to contact us in a timely manner.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Guide IQ solely for lawful business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer platform access to any third party. You may not use the service to generate content that is deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of applicable law. Guide IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at its sole discretion, without notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, frameworks, systems, and underlying technology remain the sole intellectual property of Nik Vassev and Guide IQ. Content generated using your Brand DNA and business inputs belongs to you. You grant Guide IQ a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted data solely for the purpose of delivering the service. You represent and warrant that any information submitted to the platform does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Guide IQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the platform is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guide IQ and Nik Vassev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nik Vassev and Guide IQ from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by law.
